746.1613(a) - Reduction of child/caregiver naptime ratio by 50% allowed, If 13 or more children in care, children are 18 mo. or older and other standards met

A 14 month old and 16 month old were in a reduced ratio classroom during naptime with one caregvier. The specified age group was 2 yrs old. There were 13 children in the room. This was corrected at inspection when the 14 month old and 16 month old were removed from the classroom bringng the operation into compliance.

746.1605(1) - Child/Caregiver Ratio - 18 Months Difference in Age

A 14 month old and a 16 month old were combined with a child that was 35 months old. This was corrected at inspection when the 14 month and 16 month old were removed from the classroom bringing the operation into compliance.

746.3407(11) - Sanitize Tables Tops, Furniture and Similar Equipment

2 toilets in the pre-k room had dried urine on the toilet seats. This was cleaned and corrected at inspection bringing the operation into compliance.

746.1601 - Child/ Caregiver Ratio - 13 or More Children

The infant classroom had 6 children with one caregiver. The specified age group was 12-17 months of age. This was corrected at inspection when 1 child was moved to another classroom bringing the operation into compliance.

746.3407(5) - Sanitize Potty-Chairs

2 potty chairs in the 2 year old room were filled with dried urine. this was corrected at inspection hen the potty chairs were cleaned and sanitized bringing the operation into compliance.
