Director completed 24 clock hours of required training. Requirement for Directors is 30 clock hours. Director was pending 6 clock hours.

746.611(a)(1) - Required Health Statement - Written, dated within past year, indicates child is physically able to participate in operation's child-care program

Six children's records were evaluated. Three records were penidng health statements signed by a healthcare professional.

745.621(a)(2) - AP Initial background checks submitted - At the time you hire someone

There was an employee without an active background check present at the operation. Employee was observed supervising a group of children. Note: Employee left the premises during inspection.

746.3301(f)(1) - Nutrition and Food Service - Drinking water available at every snack, mealtime, and during and after active play

Drinking water was not available for children during outdoor active play.

746.4135(b) - Children's Products- Annual Certification

The children's product safety form was last certified on 1/1/2024. Note: This was corrected at the time of inspection.
