The current CPSC form was not signed and posted during an inspection. -This was corrected at inspection.

746.5205(4) - Documentation of Drills

During an inspection it was found that emergency drills have been practiced but not properly logged. This was corrected during the inspection.

746.1205(a)(5) - Responsibilities of Caregivers - Intervene to ensure each child's safety

During an inspection it was found that a caregiver was left to supervise two rooms at one time being unable to properly intervene if necessary.

746.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

During the walkthrough, 8 children were observed in a classroom unattended. This was corrected during the inspection when a teacher was placed in the classroom.

746.1309(d) - Documented Annual Training - Caregivers of Children Under 24 Months Required

Five of the six caregivers were missing SIDS training seperate from their CPR and First Aid Trainings.

746.1315(a) - Each Caregiver and the Director Must Have Current Training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking.

One caregiver had an expired CPR training.Training was scheduled for tomorrow afternoon.
