One staff out of five did not have her First aid/CPR available for review. The staff was having unsupervised access of children.

A staff hired on 3/4/25 did not havev an copy of ID/DL available for review during the visit.

744.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

The children were left in the cafeteria while the caregiver is going to the back door to release children to parents. The caregiver was observed outside the door with no proximity of visual or audio of children since they were observed in the cafeteria.

Three staff out of three did not have the required annual training available for review. This is to include the abuse and neglect training.
