746.1205(a)(2) - Responsibilities of Caregivers - Know number of children responsible for

During inspection, the caregiver provided the wrong number of children in care, and was not aware of how many children she had.

746.3407 - Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

There were a spoon, cellphone, crayons and paper on top of the changing pad of the changing table.

746.2207(a) - Screen Time Activities - Not Used for Under Two

Observed two infants watching television on a tablet. This was corrected when the tablet was taken and put away. It was explained to the caregivers that children under two years old cannot have any screen time.

746.2409(a)(10) - Safety Requirements for Cribs - Label for Each Infant

Observed 3 infant cribs with no names on them. The operation has pictures of the children that they will be placing above the cribs tomorrow.

746.3701(1) - Safety - Electrical Outlets Covered

Observed an outlet that was not covered. This was corrected when the outlet was covered with a safety plug.

746.3407 - Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

Observed broken equipment on the playground. This was corrected when the items were taken off the playground.

746.2911 - Adequate Lighting During Naptime

Observed the infant room to be too dark. This was corrected when the door was left open to let in some light.

746.2419(1) - Requirements for Feeding Infants-Hold through 6-months

An infant who was six months old was eating a bottle in a bouncer. This was corrected during the inspection when the infant was removed from the seat.
