Children were observed not washing their hands before having snack.

Infant class was left out of child/caregiver ratio when one caregiver left the classroom. One caregiver was left in the classroom to supervise 6 children. Based on the ages of the children present, one caregiver could supervise a maximum of four children.

Diaper changing supplies were within reach in toddler classroom, and in restroom used by pre-k class.
