The operation had a water hose on the playground accessible to children. This was completed at inspection when the hose was removed.

This standard is tasked as part of an investigation and is found to be deficient. The caregiver didn't exhibit good judgement when allowing the children to play along the fence line that was broken while other children were partaking in a water activity.

This standard is tasked as part of an investigation and is found to be deficient. The caregiver was unable to intervene and was not in close proximity when a child was able to leave the premises.

The operation didn't have training certificates avilable for review to count towards the caregivers annual hours.
