The operation did not report a medical treated injured child to Child Care Regulation within the forty-eight-hour period.

Based on information obtained during the investigation it was found a child left the care group they were in. The child went upstairs to a 2nd floor landing and remained there for approximately 5 minutes without knowledge of the caregiver responsible for them.
