This standard was tasked over for this investigation and found to be deficient. During this investigation, good judgment was not demonstrated when it was determined that a caregiver named in this report did restrain a child in care by their arms and allowed another child to hit him. *************** By the time of the investigation inspection, the caregiver had confessed this action to the director in charge and was terminated from their position. Proper discipline/guidance was observed during the inspection time and additional trainings have been completed by all staff.
