Video footage shows a caregiver picking a child up from their nap mat, the caregiver then aggressively hands the child the mat causing the child to take a step back. The same video also shows the caregiver roughly pushing the child?s head up when she is attempting to talk to the child. At the end of the video, the caregiver roughly lays the child down on their nap mat.
