During the investigation inspection it was found that a child had walked back to the classroom and the child was unsupervised for less than a minute.

It was found that the fire inspection expired on 10/10/2025.

746.2207(a) - Screen Time Activities - Not Used for Under Two

During the walk through it was observed that two children 16 and 20 month old was provided screen time. The children were observed sitting in the high chair with their milk watching a show on the laptop. Corrected: This was corrected at inspection when the laptop was closed and turned off.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

During the follow up completed one staff member was present in the building without a valid background check.

746.1203(3)(D) - Personal use of electronic devices, such as cell phones, MP3 players, tablets, and video games

Based on the investigation completed it was found that a staff member was using a personal cell phone while supervising the children at naptime.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

Based on the investigation completed it was found that a caregiver was allowed to work at the daycare with an ineligible background check.

746.1301(a)(7)(A) - Training Requirements for Employees, Caregivers, and Directors - Transportation training

It was found that the van drivers transportation training expired on 08/28/2024 and was completed 08/28/2023.

746.5103 - Documentation of Fire Inspection

The fire inspection report was not available for review. The fire inspection report available was from 09/20/2023.
