During the inspection, one caregiver was found to have online CPR training only. Note: The director scheduled an in-person class for the caregiver to be completed the next day.

During the walkthrough, there was diaper cream on the floor of the restroom, accessible to children. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the diaper cream was removed from the restroom and placed out of reach of the children

During the walkthrough, there were two plugs observed without covers. Note: This was corrected at inspection when the plugs were covered.

invdividuals who drive only had one hour of transportation training available for review.

Food service equipment, such as bowls, utensils and bottles, are not being sanitized. Noted, that these items are being cleaned with dish soap and water.

The handwasshing sink in the infant spaces is also utilized to wash bottles, utensils, and bowls/plates.

In several of the classrooms there were outlets observed to be uncovered. Noted: Caregivers either called for an outlet cover or added an outlet cover when this was brought to their attention.
