Based on information obtained a caregiver did not use good judgement when arguing with a person using raised voices in front of children while on the field trip.

Based on observation, a group returned from a field trip and the three caregivers present did not have anything on their persons that made them easily identifiable to all children present.

At the time of the inspection a caregiver present was alone in the classroom when they have a requirement to have a second caregiver present.

746.2401(7) - Basic Requirements for Infants - Never Unsupervised

Based on information obtained it was determined that a caregiver left a group of infants alone for a few minutes to find a document for their work file.

746.801(3) - Required Records Maintained and Made Available - Personnel and Training Records

At the time of the inspection 1 of the 10 staff training records was not available during the time of the inspection.

At the time of the inspection 1 of the 10 children's records did not have an immunization record available for review.
