Based on the information obtained, a caregiver left children in a classroom unsupervised.

Observed a bottle of OdoBan spray on a shelf in reach of children during the inspection. Note - The provider placed the bottle in on a higher shelf inaccessible to children.

746.2407 - Infant Care Area Furnishings and Equipment -Use of Safety Straps

Caregivers did not fasten the safety straps when placing children in their chairs. 6 of the chairs in the One's classroom were missing the safety straps.

2 caregivers did not have current training certificates in CPR and First Aid training. The certificates provided were both expired.

The diaper changing mat was torn in the infant room and cannot be cleaned properly. Note- The provider replaced the changing mat during the inspection.
