746.2421(b) - Written Feeding Instructions - Review and Update Every 30 Days

At time of inspection all monthly feeding instructions were for the month of February 2026.

746.5307(b) - Fire Extinguishers Serviced

At time of inspection the fire extinguisher was observed to be last serviced in November 2024.

746.2419(6) - Requirements for Feeding Infants - Label Bottles/Cups

At time of inspection all of the observed infant baby bottles were not labeled to distinguish who it belonged too. NOTE: Bottles were labeled during inspection.

746.3407 - Maintenance of Building, Grounds and Equipment

At time of inspection, a children sofa in a toddler class was observed to be torn. NOTE: Children sofa was removed from the class.

746.2407 - Infant Care Area Furnishings and Equipment -Use of Safety Straps

At time of inspection, three infants sitting in restrictive devices were not strapped in. This was corrected at inspection.

746.5101(a) - Annual Fire Inspection - Before Initial Permit Issued and Every 12 Months

At time of inspection the last fire inspection conducted at operation was conducted on 7.10.24.

746.1203(3)(D) - Personal use of electronic devices, such as cell phones, MP3 players, tablets, and video games

Based on information gathered, caregiver used her cell phone for personal use while responsible for a group of children.

746.1205(a)(4) - Supervision ensures each child?s safety, well-being, including physical proximity and auditory or visual awareness of each child?s on going activity

Based on information gathered, it was determined that caregiver left her classroom to open the door to a visitor, leaving the children unsupervised.

746.1601 - Child/ Caregiver Ratio - 13 or More Children

Based on information gathered, it was determined that caregiver had 8 infants to herself, while other caregiver went into the office to make copies, leaving caregiver out of ratio.

746.3419 - Handwashing Procedures

The toddler room did not have soap and running water. Note: Corrected at inspection when director placed the portable handwashing sink back to the classroom, and the children/staff were able to wash hands after diaper changing.
