It was observed there were multiple holes in the fence in the ourdoor play area that need fixed.

747.1801 - Child/Caregiver Ratio - Licensed Child Care Home

The primary caregiver was out of ratio during the investigation inspection as she was alone caring for two infants and eight children between 18 months old and 3 years old for a total of 10 children which was over by 3 children based on the ages of children she had in care. The primary caregiver acknowledged knowing she was out of ratio due to losing a staff member and not having any other help available at this time.

747.1313(a) - Pediatric First-Aid and Pediatric CPR Training - Primary, Assistant, and Substitute Caregivers

There was no documentation that the assistant caregiver has current and compliant first aid and CPR.

747.1801 - Child/Caregiver Ratio - Licensed Child Care Home

The operation was out of ratio and had more kids than they should have had based on the ages of the children in care. There were eleven children in care with one caregiver. There were three infants, seven children between 18 months and three years old, and one child 4 years old and up.
