Three soiled diapers were outside classroom door on the floor not in a sealed bag. This was corrected at inspection when an available caregiver threw diapers in trashcan and moped area.

746.1315(a) - Each Caregiver and the Director Must Have Current Training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking.

The director did not have a current First Aid/CPR card. The one on file was expired.

The operation did not have instructions on how parents may access minimum standards on line in operational policy.

745.641 - AP Background check results - Must receive notification prior to allowing subject to be present at your operation

A caregiver that was pending by CBCU was in a classroom with children. This was corrected when director asked caregiver to leave. An administrative penalty will be recommended as a result of this citation, per HRC 42.078.
