During the inspection it was found that one of the staff members who is in charge of transporting children did not have CPR training.

During the inspection it was found that the two drivers for the operation dose not currently have the required training hours for transporting children.

Two unlabeled cribs were observed in the Waddlers classroom. Note: This was corrected when the caregiver labeled the cribs.

746.4505 - Storage for Individual Belongings

The hooks for the children's belongs were unlabeled in the Butterfly and Toddler Classrooms. Note: This was brought into compliance when the caregiver's labeled the hooks.

746.5101(a) - Annual Fire Inspection - Before Initial Permit Issued and Every 12 Months

The operation's fire inspection is not currrent. The last inspection was conducted on 11/28/2023.

746.3701(7) - Safety - Bottle Warmers Inaccessible to Children

Based on evidence obtained during the DFPS investigation, there is sufficient evidence to support that a caregiver did not use good judgment when the cord to a bottle warmer was left unsecured. This allowed a toddler to pull on it and sustain burns from the hot water that spilled from the device.
