It was observed the trash bin near children's eating table did not have a lid on. Trash was half full and accessible to children. This was corrected at inspection.

745.8411(a) - Responsibilities - Not interfere with an inspection or investigation

Person in charge did not let Child Care Investigator to conduct investigation. The investigator had to wait almost an hour before allowed to conduct the investigation.

The caregiver did not use good judgment when painting a child (boy) fingernail without asking permission from parent.
