A 7 month old child was asleep in the crib with a blanket. This was corrected at inspection when the director removed the blanket.

746.3701(9) - Safety - Bodies of Water Inaccessible to Children

A mob bucket of water was left untended in the hallway between four 2-year old and 3-year-old classrooms. This was corrected at inspection when a staff removed the bucket.

746.1203(4) - Provide care consistent with child's habits, interests, strengths, special needs, including any special supervision needs

This standard was found to be out of compliance. It was found there are several child injuries parents were not informed of at pick up or end of day because caregivers were unaware of the injuries or did not know how the injuries happened.

746.2805 - Prohibited Punishments - No Harsh, Cruel or Unusual

This standard was found to be out of compliance when a caregiver threw a stuffed toy at a child to stop the child from fussing.

746.1201(1) - Responsibilities of Employees and Caregivers -Demonstrate Competency, Good Judgment, Self-control

This standard was evaluated and found to be out of compliance when a staff picked up a child refusing to walk and forced the child out of the room dragging his feet.
