During a CCI investigation, video footage revealed that an additional caregiver was present in the room at the time a caregiver was pulling, grabbing, slamming a child to be seated on the floor, and yanking children and did not call the statewide intake line.

During a CCI investigation, video footage revealed that a caregiver used inappropriate discipline by pulling, yanking, slamming a child to be seated on the floor, and grabbing children as a form of discipline.
