One crib in the infant room did not have a snugly fitting sheet. This was corrected at inspection when the director changed the sheet to a tight fitting sheet.

There was no current CPSC form signed for this year. This was corrected at inspection when the director signed up for CPSC emails and signed the form during inspection.
