A caregiver did not know the correct number of children they were responsible for.

746.3819 - Food Allergy Emergency Plan Signed by Parents and Health Care Professional

A food allergy emergency plan was missing for 1 child.

746.2403(5) - Infant Care Area - Space to Walk Between Cribs, Cots or Mats

There was insufficient walking space inbetween cribs during the inspection. Note - The operation rearranged the cribs during the inspection.

The paint on the walls in the Pre-School 1A classroom was chipped

746.4503(b) - Cots, Beds, Mats Labeled With Child's Name

The nap mats were not labeled during the inspection.

The annual fire inspection has not been conducted since September 13th, 2024.

The operation did not have a completed health statement on file for 1 of 4 children's files evaluated.

A diaper changing mat was torn and cannot be cleaned properly.

746.1201(1) - Responsibilities of Employees and Caregivers -Demonstrate Competency, Good Judgment, Self-control

Based on the information obtained, a caregiver did not practice good judgment. The caregiver did not thoroughly clean a child while diaper changing.
