The child safety alarm is not working, due to a short in one of the cable line. When the driver first turned on the van the alarm was not working, the driver went and messed with the child safely alarm and it started to work again.

It was not good judgment when a caregiver allowed a two year old child to lay in a crib while drinking a bottle. This could be a chocking hazard.
