Based on information gathered, a caregiver failed to use good judgment when she is seen on video forcefully sliding a child's chair, resulting in the child falling and hitting the table. In addition, the caregiver and another caregiver failed to use good judgment by using a pointer "stick" to hit the table to scare the children.

746.3701 - Safety - Areas Free From Hazards

On a playground, the metal covering around the drinking fountain was detached from the wall, exposing sharp metal. Note: This was corrected when the metal was attached back to the wall. Some drains on the playground were lacking appropriate sealant/ caulking, which resulted in gaps being exposed.
