During the inspection, it was found that the operation had failed to evacuate children from the operation in under 3 minutes during fire drills for both August and September of 2025.

During the inspection, three caregivers were not aware of how many children they had in their care.

A child in care was left outside unsupervised without access to water for 20 minutes. Additionally, a child in care exited the operation during the inspection without staff being aware of the child's exit.

This standard was evaluated during the investigation and was found to be deficient. A caregiver pushed a child as a form of punishment.
