In reviewing sign in and out logs it was determined that a caregiver that was singed in does not have a current background check, it was confirmed form the director that the employee has been present since 2023.

A child showed symptoms of having pink eye and the operation did not separate the child from the rest of the class and did not inform the parent until 5pm. As a result, there were more children diagnosed with pink eye from that classroom.
