One classroom was not in compliance with the child/caregiver ratio. The classroom had a specified age group of 12-17 months, requiring 1 caregiver with up to 5 infants. There were 6 infants with 1 caregiver. This was corrected when another caregiver went into the classroom.

Two caregivers stated the wrong number of children they were responsible for when they were asked twice. This was corrected at inspection when the caregivers gave the correct number of children after it was pointed out there was one more child in the room than they had originally stated.

There was evidence to suggest during the investigation that a child?s epinephrine auto injector was lost by the operation.
