During the inspection 3 of the 4 staff files were missing annual trainings in Food allergy, Administering Medication, Indfectious Disease, and Haardous Material trainings.

During the inspection the center director did not have the required annual trainings.

An annual sanitation/health inspection has not been conducted and has expired.

It was determined that good judgment was not utilized when a rodent trap was placed in a licensed space and was engaged while children were in the area. It was also concluded that good judgment was not exercised when parents were not informed of the potential interaction between their children and rodent feces.
