This standard was tasked as part of an investigation and found deficient. Center management was made aware of an allegation that a child may have been placed at risk from the use of inappropriate redirection from a caregiver causing injury. The operation did not report this information to Child Care Licensing.

The playground area did not have six inches of losse fill surfacing on the playground.
