During the inspection, one classroom did not have the cots labeled with the child's name. Note: This was corrected at inspection when cots were labeled with the child's name.

Self-Reported: During investigation it was found, two children were able to open the door and go onto another classroom and were unsupervised for approximately 8 minutes.
